Friendly and helpful doesn't do it justice ... to say this small place is out there is irrelevant !!! I was stuck, in a 30 foot RV towing a trailer on 8 of 10 cylinders and NOBODY could help me for days/weeks but these guys did !!!! I owe them something I can't repay - my faith in good people !!!! I rarely write a review but it's the very least I could do, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I'd give them the MAX. If you have vehicle issues, get it to these guys !!! Well worth the trip. THANKS again guys !!!

For the first 43 years of my life, My DAD was an auto mechanic so I grew up hearing him talk about different aspects of the occupation. My DAD was a very hard worker and honesty was extremely important to him. We've all heard horror stories about dishonesty in the profession. That was ONE of the reasons I take my car to Greg Ritter's auto repair. I know that Greg and his crew are honest people and won't try to sell me something I don't need!! They always let me know if there is anything that needs to be done right away or if it is something that can wait for a bit. Every time I have an oil change they go over the entire car, checking all areas and then giving you a one on one report of their findings. Being a small community they come and pick up my car and deliver it back to me when done!! This is unheard of in larger communities and I appreciate it so much since I am older with health issues. Greg Ritter and his crew keep up to date on all things new in their occupation by going to seminars through out the year but keep their shop open for emergencies. In a nutshell, when Ritter's Auto have my car I do not have to worry about it being in the hands of a "shyster" because I KNOW in my heart they are an HONEST, hard working crew!!!
