The staff at Ritters are always friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the convenience of them picking up my car from work for oil changes and returning it when complete. I always feel they do a thorough job assessing my car and sending the diagnostic report through email so that I can see upcoming repairs that may need to be done.

I can't express my gratitude and appreciation for the dedication Greg Ritter and his staff gave to my red car! It's a 1986 Mercedes convertible that had some major issues! Greg wanted to only repair my car with Mercedes parts, which are very hard to find! I know this because over the years other mechanics had told me they didn't have time to look for the parts. He persevered, found them and fixed my red car! She now purrs and runs like my car did back in her prime! I cannot thank Ritter Auto Repair enough for bringing life back to my Red Car!
