Having had my fair share of bad car experiences I feel I’m pretty qualified to speak to how good an auto shop is. Ritter’s is by far the best one I have been to. All the others have tried to “fix” things that didn’t need fixed or sell me something that doesn’t need to be sold. Ritter’s told me exactly what was wrong (with a handy chart with pictures), quoted me the price, and got the work done and it was done right the first time! Highly recommend

Traveling from Michigan to Texas we experienced a set back after refueling car would not stay on running. I goggled car repair shops near me I had one dealer shop near me called they said someone would come to help us with in that waiting period I called Ritter's and Audrey was very helpful when she answered our call. In 15 minutes our car was on the tow truck that Ritter's Auto Repair had coordinated. My car was unhooked worked on right away. Thank you Ritter's Auto Repair shop for having us back on the road with in an hour that air max control sensor was giving us lots of trouble since we started our road trip. Traveling from Chicago to Texas and had a blowout on I-57. Thankfully I found this place! Never dealt with any shop with this kind of customer service. They were very warm and welcoming! The owner himself took the best care of me. If it wasn't for Ritter's I'd probably still be driving my spare all the way down to Texas. Highly recommend this place to everyone!
